Day 1 - Stand Guard Because Love Lifted You

Proverbs 31:2 — “What are you doing, my son? What are you doing, son of my womb? What are you doing, son of my vows?”
God does not correct His children through shame, but through sonship. The call to “stand guard” is not God saying, “Earn My love.” It is God saying, “Because My love has lifted you, do not return to what was drowning you.” We guard our lives because we belong to Him. His discipline is not punishment for rejected children; it is formation for beloved sons and daughters.
