Day 1 - Wisdom Begins with the Fear of the Lord

Proverbs 31:30 — “Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.”

The wise life does not begin with talent, personality, beauty, success, or public recognition. It begins with the fear of the Lord. Proverbs 31 is not merely showing us a hardworking person; it is showing us a worshiping person. Her wisdom flows from a heart that honors God above appearance, applause, and comfort. What is formed before God in private eventually becomes visible in public.

Am I more concerned with how people see me, or with who I am becoming before the Lord?
