Day 5 - Wisdom Bears Fruit that Praises God

Proverbs 31:31 — “Give her of the fruit of her hands, and let her works praise her in the gates.”

Wisdom eventually bears fruit. The goal is not self-promotion, but a life that points back to God. Abigail did not act wisely in order to be noticed by David; she acted wisely to preserve life and honor the Lord. In the same way, we entrust the outcome to God. The greatest praise we seek is not applause from people, but the Lord’s words: “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
