Psalm 139:23–24
"Search me, O God, and know my heart!
Try me and know my thoughts!
And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting!"
Sometimes we resist truth not because it is unclear, but because it challenges something we want to keep. God’s correction is an invitation to stop hiding and walk in the light. By His grace, we can exchange self-defense for honest confession.
